FIMBank announces the finalisation of the acquisition process of Commercial International Bank S.A.E's and CIB Social Insurance Fund's shareholding in Egypt Factors ("Company") by FIMBank p.l.c., FIMFactors BV and FIM Business Solutions Limited. Accordingly, the FIMBank Group, already being a shareholder in the Company, acquired the remaining shareholding held by said Egyptian partners becoming the one hundred percentum (100%) shareholder of the Company. This acquisition forms part of the investment strategy adopted by the FIMBank Group.
