The following is a Company Announcement by FIMBank p.l.c. ("FIMBank" or the "Bank") pursuant to the Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules:

FIMBank announces that it has submitted an application to the Listing Authority requesting the admissibility to listing of new ordinary shares, which will be available for subscription by those shareholders on the Register at the Central Securities Depository of the Malta Stock Exchange as at 22 March 2018 (the Record Date).
If subscribed to in full, the Rights Issue will raise a total amount of approximately USD115 million.
