FIMBank announces that Mr. Erich Schumacher, residing at Q1, Apartment 26, Il Ponta Ta' Tigne, Sliema, SM 3290, has resigned from his position as the Group Chief Operations Officer of the Bank with effect from 03rd September 2024.
The Bank has expressed its appreciation and gratitude towards Mr. Schumacher for his service to the Bank.
There are no matters concerning Mr. Erich Schumacher that require disclosure under Capital Markets Rules 5.20.5 to 5.20.9.
