COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT
The following is a Company Announcement issued by FIMBank p.l.c. ("FIMBank" or the "Bank") pursuant to the Malta Financial Services Authority Capital Markets Rules 5.16 et seq., in accordance with the provisions of the Financial Markets Act (Chapter 345 of the Laws of Malta) as may be amended from time to time.

The Board of Directors of FIMBank announces that Mr Mohamed Louhab in his capacity as Group Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director has decided to retire. The Board accepted his resignation with effect from 1 st August 2024.
In his capacity as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of FIMBank, Mr Simon Jethro Lay shall take over relevant responsibilities and shall hold such position, subject to regulatory approval, until further notice is made by the Bank.
In terms of the Listing Rule 5.20.2, Mr. Lay does not presently hold and has not held at any time in the past five (5) years, a directorship in any other local issuer.
There are no further matters concerning Mr. Lay which require disclosure under Capital Markets Rules 5.20.5 to 5.20.9.
