Further to Company Announcement FIM286, regarding the appointment of Mr. Adrian Alejandro Gostuski as FIMBank's Acting Chief Executive Officer, the Bank announces that further to a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank held on 7 April 2021, Mr. Gostuski has been confirmed as Chief Executive Officer of FIMBank.
All information already disclosed regarding Mr. Gostuski remains unchanged and there are no matters concerning Mr. Adrian Alejandro Gostuski that require disclosure under Listing Rules 5.20.5 and 5.20.9.
