Planning of the Company's events for the year 2020

Fidia S.p.A has planned for the current year the following events:

13 March 2020 h 10.00: Board of Directors for the approval of the 31 December 2019, Draft Financial Statement and Consolidated Financial Statement;

25-26 March 2020: "Star Conference 2020 – Milan", meeting with the financial community organized by Borsa Italiana S.p.A.;

29 April 2020 h 16.00: Shareholders' meeting for the approval of the 31 December 2019 – 1 st call;

30 April 2020 h 16.00: Shareholders' meeting for the approval of the 31 December 2019 – 2 nd call;

15 May 2020 h 10.00: Board of Directors for the approval of the 1 st Quarterly Report 2020;

11 September 2020 h 10.00: Board of Directors for the approval of the Half-yearly Report 2020;

6-7 October 2020: "Star Conference 2020 – London", meeting with the financial community organized by Borsa Italiana S.p.A.;

13 November 2020 h 10.00: Board of Directors for the approval of the 3rd Quarterly Report 2020;

The above mentioned dates can change, still in the resperct of the deadlines foreseen by the market regulations; if so, Fidia will give proper communication in due time to the financial market.
