Fidia S.p.A.: publication of the annual financial report as at December 31, 2019
Turin, March 30, 2020 – the Company informs that the annual financial report as at December 31, 2019 that includes the following documents is available to the public:
- Management report;
- Fidia Group draft consolidated financial report;
- Fidia S.p.A. draft statutory financial reportt;
- Auditors' opinions;
- Statutory auditors' reports;
- Aknowledgment of the Managing Director and the CFO.
Are also available:
- Directors' report on the Corporate Governance related to the year 2019;
- Report about the Directors' remuneration in accordance with art. 123-ter of the Legislative Decree n.58 dated February 24, 1998 (the so called "Testo Unico della Finanza")
The documents are available on the Head office of the Company, on the corporate internet site (www.fidia.it) in the Investor Relations section, to Borsa Italiana and also on the **** storage system (www..it).
