Fidia S.p.A. Agreement with the Unions on solidarity contract
Forlì, December 12th 2019 – Fidia S.p.A. world leader company in CNC Technology, and highperformance integreted milling systems, listed on the STAR segment (MTA) of the Italian Stock Exchange, announces that it has signed, with the company workplace union representatives and the representatives of the trade unions authorities of Forlì, an agreement concerning the start of the "Defensive" job-security agreement, for the operating unit in Forlì, which will start from January 2 nd, 2020 for a period of 12 months.
This agreement, due to the general slowdown in investments in industrial machinery, protects its human resources and its technological assets and guarantees occupational continuity, ensuring the stability of business activities without interruption.
