Þórður Már Jóhannesson, Chairman of the Board of Festi hf. asked in today's meeting of the Board to resign as a member of the Board and also as Chairman. The Board accepted his request. Following this, the Board elected Guðjón Reynisson as a new Chairman of the Board and Margrét Guðmundsdóttir as Vice-Chairman.
