NOTICE OF BOARD MEETING

Reference is made to the notice of board meeting of Ferretti S.p.A. (the "Company") dated May 5, 2026, whereby the board (the "Board") of directors (the "Directors") of the Company announced that a meeting of the Board will be held on Friday, May 15, 2026, for the purposes of, among other things, considering and approving the release of the unaudited commercial and financial update of the Company and its subsidiaries for the three months ended March 31, 2026, and transacting any other business (the "Meeting"). The new Board elected at the annual general meeting of the Company held on Thursday, May 14, 2026 hereby announces that the Meeting will be postponed to Tuesday, May 19, 2026.
