UPDATE TO CORPORATE CALENDAR FOLLOWING APPOINTMENT OF NEW BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Forli, May 14, 2026 – Ferretti S.p.A. (“Ferretti”), as a partial update to the information contained in the 2026 corporate events calendar published on January 30, 2026, hereby announces that the meeting of the Board of Directors originally scheduled for May 15, 2026, which was called to approve the interim financial report as at March 31, 2026, will not be held on such date in light of the appointment of the new Board of Directors taking place today.
Ferretti will inform the market of the new date, which in any event will be within the end of the current month, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
