GIORDANO PELLACANI APPOINTED NEW CHIEF COMMERCIAL OFFICER
Forli, 3 September 2025 – Ferretti Group (“the Group”) announced the appointment of Mr. Giordano Pellacani as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and the reorganization of the Group’s Commercial Division. These strategic steps aim to support the Company’s growth, consolidate its global presence, and further strengthen its organizational structure and leadership in the yachting industry.
Effective today, Mr. Giordano Pellacani takes on the role of Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer. He holds a degree in Nautical Engineering and has previously served as Chief Sales Officer for the “Custom Business” segment of Ferretti Group, with 20 years of experience in the nautical sector, including at other leading industry competitors.
Thanks to his in-depth knowledge of the nautical market and his extensive experience at Ferretti Group, Mr. Pellacani will lead the Group’s strategic commercial development, further strengthening and expanding the sales network.
The new Commercial Division will be structured around two dedicated departments:
- The role of Sales Director for Serial Business, a department centered on enhancing the value of serial product lines, has been taken on by Massimo Jannone, who has more than 20 years of experience in the nautical industry, including 6 as Head of Sales for Riva. The Heads of Sales for the Riva, Pershing, Itama, Ferretti Yachts brands, and the pre-owned business report to him.
- The role of Sales Director for Custom Business, a department focused on managing large custom-made projects, has been taken on by Vittorio Blengini, who has about 20 years of experience in the nautical industry, including Riva, Perini Navi and The Italian Sea Group where he held the role of Sales Director.
Furthermore, Marco Viti, former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Yachts Division in Sanlorenzo S.p.A. and with 30-years of experience in the nautical sector, will collaborate with the Chief Commercial Officer to strengthen the Dealer network, to develop new models by supporting Product Marketing and CRM.
