Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, this is to intimate that the Board of Directors in its 228th Meeting held today i.e. Thursday, 28th May, 2026, at Corporate Office at FCS House, Plot No. 83, NSEZ, Noida Dadri Road, Phase II, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Noida- 201305 (U.P.), considered and approved the appointment of M/s. Vijay Kumar & Associates., Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 027780N) as the Internal Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year 2026–27 on the recommendation of audit committee on the terms and conditions as may be mutually agreed upon, to conduct the internal audit of the functions and activities of the Company. The disclosure pursuant to SEBI Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, is attached as “Annexure-A”.
