Vijay Kumar & Associates., Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 027780N) as the Internal Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year 2026–27 on the recommendation of audit committee on the terms and conditions as may be mutually agreed upon, to conduct the internal audit of the functions and activities of the Company. The disclosure pursuant to SEBI Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, is attached as “Annexure-A”.
