Mikael Karlsson proposed as new chair of the board for Fasadgruppen Group AB

The nomination committee of Fasadgruppen proposes that Mikael Karlsson is elected as new chair of the board at the annual general meeting in Fasadgruppen Group AB on 13 May 2025. The current chair of the board, Ulrika Dellby, is not available for re-election.

Mikael Karlsson is one of the founders of Fasadgruppen and served as CEO when the company was formed through a merger between STARK Fasadrenovering and Karlssons Fasadrenovering. Mikael Karlsson left the management team in 2019 but served as board member until the annual general meeting 2021.

Mikael Karlsson has many years of experience in the industry and the nomination committee believes that he is well positioned to lead the work of the board of directors of Fasadgruppen, and together with the management team develop the company's entrepreneurial operations.

The nomination committee's complete proposal will be presented in the notice to the annual general meeting 2025.
