I, Scott Weston, P.Geo., consent to the public filing of the technical report titled “ Copper Creek Project NI 43-101 Technical Report and Preliminary Economic Assessment, Arizona, United States,” that has an effective date of May 3, 2023 the (“Technical Report”) by Faraday Copper Corp. (“Faraday”)

I also consent to any extracts from, or a summary of, the Technical Report in the news release of May 3. 2023 by Faraday entitled, “ Faraday Copper Announces PEA for Copper Creek with NPV US$713M and 4.2 Billion Pounds of Measured and Indicated Copper Mineral Resources.(the “News Release”)
