TRADING HALT

The securities of Far Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday 2 June 2014 or when the announcement is released to the market.

FAR Ltd ("FAR" ASX: FAR) requests a trading halt in its securities effective immediately pending an announcement by FAR Ltd in relation to an equity raising:

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, FAR advises that it:

(a) is seeking the trading halt pending an announcement in relation to an equity raising;

(b) wishes the trading halt to last until the earlier of the time when the announcement is released or FAR Ltd requests the trading halt to cease, subject to the limit imposed by ASX Listing Rules; and

(c) is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
