Change of Company Secretary

FAR Limited (ASX: FAR) (“Company” or “FAR”) advises that Ms Sonya Tissera has been appointed as Company Secretary, effective 21 May 2026 replacing Mr Michael Sapountzis following team reassignments at Vistra (Australia) Pty Ltd, the Company’s provider of corporate secretarial services.

The Board thanks Mr Sapountzis for his service and contribution to the Company during his tenure.

For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 12.6 Ms Tissera will be responsible for communication between the Company and the ASX.
