ASX ANNOUNCEMENT AND MEDIA RELEASE

NOTICE UNDER ASIC CLASS ORDER CO 09/425

In accordance with paragraph 7(f)(ii) of the above ASIC Class Order, the Company hereby gives notice to the ASX as follows:

1. The Company proposes to offer to issue Shares under a share purchase plan without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act.

2. This notice is being given in accordance with the above ASIC Class Order.

3. As at the date of this notice, the Company has complied with:

   • (i) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to the Company; and

   • (ii) section 674 of the Corporations Act.

4. As at the date of this notice, there is no “excluded information” as defined in sub sections 708A(7) and (8) of the Corporations Act in relation to the Company.
