Appointment of Company Secretary

FAR Limited (ASX: FAR) has appointed Elisha Larkin as Company Secretary, effective 21 January 2020. Peter Thiessen will retire as Company Secretary but remain as Chief Financial Officer.

Elisha has held a range of commercial and governance positions including most recently as a senior executive and Company Secretary of biotechnology company Hexima Limited.

Elisha has a Masters of Commercial Law from the University of Melbourne majoring in corporate governance and intellectual property law, and honours degrees in Agricultural Science and Commerce from the University of Melbourne. Elisha Larkin is the person appointed under Listing Rule 12.6 to be responsible for communication with ASX in relation to Listing Rule matters.
