Resignation of Director – Dr Julian Fowles

FAR Limited (ASX: FAR) announces Dr Julian Fowles has resigned his position as Non-Executive Director with FAR, effective 31 October 2020.

Julian has accepted a role as CEO and Managing Director at Karoon Energy Limited and has advised that he will be relinquishing his other ASX non-executive directorships to focus on his new role. Julian has been a Director of FAR since 15 October 2019.

FAR Chairman, Nic Limb said, “Julian has made an excellent contribution to FAR during a complex time for our industry. We wish him well for his new role.”

This announcement has been approved for release by the FAR Disclosure Committee.
