Retirement of Non-Executive Director
FAR Ltd (ASX: FAR) advises that, Albert Brindal has today retired as a Non-executive Director. Mr Brindal has served 17 years with FAR Ltd including almost 10 years on the Board, was a member of the Remuneration and Nomination committees and was chair of the Audit committee.
Chairman Nic Limb thanked Mr Brindal for his contribution to FAR saying “On behalf of the Board and all current and former staff, I would like to thank Mr Brindal for his passion and commitment to FAR Ltd over his long career. We wish him all the best in his retirement”
Mr Brindal was appointed in December 2000 as the Company Secretary and made Director in 2007. He retired as company secretary in 2013.
