Waregem (Belgium) / Rotterdam (Netherlands)¹ , 5 May 2014 – Pursuant to the Belgian law of 2 May 2007 regarding the disclosure of major shareholdings in listed companies, Arseus NV received a notification on 2 May 2014 from TIAA-CREF Asset Management LLC concerning the acquisition or disposal of voting securities. The shareholding of TIAA-CREF Asset Management LLC crossed the disclosure threshold of 3% and 5% through the acquisition of voting securities.
