Waregem (Belgium) / Rotterdam (the Netherlands)1 , 30 April 2013 – Pursuant to the Belgian law of 2 May 2007 regarding the disclosure of major shareholdings in listed companies, Arseus NV announces that the number of shares held by Arseus NV has passed below the disclosure threshold of 3% on 23 April 2013 as a result of the exercise of stock options.
