Waregem (Belgium), 12 January 2010 - Pursuant to the Belgian legislation of 2 May 2007 relating to the disclosure of major shareholdings in listed companies, Arseus reports that it has received on 8 January 2010 a notification from KBC Asset Management NV.
Based on the denominator of 31,195,121 (total number of voting rights) and the relevant notifications, the shareholder structure of Arseus is as follows:
