Waregem (Belgium) / Rotterdam (the Netherlands)¹ , 7 November 2013 – Arseus announces today that it has reached an agreement regarding the sale of the dental distribution activities in the regions Paris, Lille and Lyon to MS Distribution. The divested dental activities generated turnover of approximately € 30 million in 2012. The effective date of the transaction is 31 December 2013 at the latest. Financial details will not be disclosed.

The sale of the French dental distribution activities is a result of an analysis by the Board of Directors. Arseus expects to announce the outcome of the analysis of strategic options for Healthcare Specialties and the medical distribution activities before the end of 2013.
