Changes to the Board of Directors of Fagron

Fagron announced today that, following the successful private placement of the remaining shareholding in Fagron by WPEF VI Holdco III BE B.V. (jointly owned by Waterland Private Equity Fund VI C.V. and Baltisse NV) on 11 October 2019, Holdco FV B.V. (permanent representative Frank Vlayen), Matthias Geyssens, Judy Martins and Marc Janssens have resigned as non-executive directors of Fagron NV. Fagron is thankful to the board representatives of Waterland Private Equity Fund VI C.V. and Baltisse NV for their commitment and active participation in the Board of Directors and of its committees.

In the event of differences between the English translation and the Dutch original of this press release, the latter prevails.
