Expert.ai, a leading company in the Artificial Intelligence market, with shares listed on the Euronext Growth Milan multilateral trading system, organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. ("EGM"), following the announcements made on December 19, 2022 and December 22, 2022 announces that today the period for the exercise of the option rights acquired during the auction on EGM (the "EGM Auction") has ended, as a result of which none of the newly issued ordinary expert.ai shares (the "New Shares") resulting from the capital increase resolved by the Board of Directors on November 30, 2022 (the "Capital Increase") have been subscribed.
As a result of the EGM Auction, the Capital Increase is 60.28% subscribed, for a total countervalue of Euro 4,815,840.81.
The remaining no. 5,202,862 New Shares, for a total countervalue of Euro 3,173,745.82 may also be sold to third parties, by the administrative body and in compliance with the current regulations, by December 30, 2022.
