On July 29, 2010, the Company announced that its Executive Committee, acting on behalf of its Board of Directors, has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.07 per share of outstanding common stock payable on September 16, 2010, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on August 26, 2010.
