Exiqon A/S – Nomination of candidates for the supervisory board
Exiqon has received a proposal from Qiagen N.V. today, where Qiagen N.V. nominates Peer M. Schatz, Roland Sackers and Axel Backheuer as candidates for election to the supervisory board at the extraordinary general meeting on 5 July 2016.
Erik Walldén, Thorleif Krarup, Michael Nobel, Per Wold-Olsen and Rodney Turner will resign as members of the Company's supervisory board while Hans Henrik Chrois Christensen has resigned as Chief Financial Officer.
