Results of AGM
18 November 2015
The Annual General Meeting of shareholders of the Company was held at the Grace Hotel, 77 York Street, Sydney, New South Wales, 2000 at 9.00am (AEDT) today.
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.2 and section 251AA of the Corporations Act 2011 (Cth), details of the resolutions and proxies received for the meeting held today are set out in the proxy summary below.
All resolutions were passed by the requisite majority on a show of hands. Resolution 6C was passed with an amendment to reflect a typographical error in the number of options to be issued to Mr Archer, the correct number being 358,502.
