EXCITE SECURES FUNDING WITH ISSUE OF $1.05M IN CONVERTIBLE NOTES TO ACCELERATE GROWTH

Excite Technology Services Limited ( Excite or the Company ) (ASX: EXT) is pleased to announce that it has secured firm commitments totalling $1,050,000 for a capital raising to be conducted via the issue of unsecured convertible notes to existing investors who are sophisticated investors for the purposes of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).

Key Terms of the Convertible Notes

The key terms of the convertible notes are as follows:

• Interest: 15% per annum, assessed quarterly and payable either in shares (with attaching options on the same terms as conversion) or in cash at the investor’s election.

• Term: 12 months.

• Conversion Price: $0.01 per share, convertible at the election of the noteholder subject to shareholder approval being obtained.

• Free-attaching options: One option for every two shares issued upon conversion, ‑

• exercisable at $0.012, with a 36 month expiry. The issue of the free-attaching options, if any, are also subject to shareholder approval.

The issue of the convertible notes is expected to complete on, in the coming days.

A Turning Point for Excite

The December 2025 quarter marked a significant inflection point for Excite, with the business delivering more than $1 million in operational cash flows; the strongest quarterly cash performance in the Company’s history. The Board believes this funding will enable Excite to build on this momentum, scale recurring revenue streams and continue driving toward consistent cash flow positivity across the Excite group.
