SPP – UPDATE ON ALLOTMENT DATE

Cipherpoint Limited (ASX:CPT), Sydney, Australia Wednesday 1 July 2020 – Further to its announcement yesterday regarding the result of its Share Placement Plan ( SPP ), the company advises that it intends to complete the allotment of the SPP shares on Monday, 6 July 2020. Application funds which were not accepted as a result of the scale-back will be refunded by the share registry.

This announcement has been authorised by the Board.
