DISPATCH OF RIGHTS ISSUE OFFER DOCUMENTS

Sydney, Australia – Covata Limited (ASX:CVT) ( Covata ) is please to advise that the following documents in relation to its pro-rata non-renounceable rights issue offer ( Offer ) have been dispatched to eligible shareholders today:

• 1 for 11 Rights Issue Prospectus ( Prospectus ); and

• Entitlement and Acceptance Form.

Covata confirms that the Offer is now open and, unless otherwise extended, will close as previously advised at 5pm (Melbourne time) on 28 June 2018, being the last day for receipt of Entitlement and Acceptance Forms and payment of subscriptions for shares under the Offer.
