NON-RENOUNCEABLE ENTITLEMENT ISSUE REMINDER
Covata Limited (“ the Company ”) (ASX:CVT) confirms that, as announced on 19 June 2018, all documents have now been dispatched to eligible shareholders to enable participation in the non-renounceable entitlement issue (“ Offer ”).
In order to participate in the Offer, eligible shareholders will need to follow the necessary steps to make a valid acceptance as set out in the Rights Issue Entitlement and Acceptance Form. The Offer closes at 5pm (Melbourne time) 28 June 2018 and eligible shareholders who wish to participate are kindly reminded to allow sufficient time for their selected method of payment to clear with the registry.
