Upcoming Release of Escrow

SYDNEY – 25 October 2016

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, Covata Limited [ASX:CVT] advises that the following securities will be released from escrow on 10 November 2016:

• 11,813,138 ordinary fully paid shares;

• 15,000,000 unlisted options having an exercise price of $0.20 and expiring on 31 October 2019; and

• 5,306,250 unlisted options having an exercise price of US$0.1467 and expiring on 31 October 2019.
