Covata Director Nominations

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, Covata Limited [ASX:CVT] (the Company) advises that it intends to hold its Annual General Meeting on 22 November 2017. An item of business at the AGM will be the election of Directors.

The closing date for receipt of nominations for the election of Directors is 11 October 2017. Any nominations must be received no later than 5.00pm (Melbourne time) on that date at the following address:
