AGM REMINDER
Cipherpoint Limited (ASX:CPT) (the Company), Sydney, Australia Tuesday 18 August 2020, wishes to remind shareholders that the Company will be holding its annual general meeting ( AGM ) of shareholders by virtual technology at 11.00am Tuesday, 25 August 2020.
It is not practical or sensible to convene the AGM physically due to the risks posed by Covid-19. Accordingly, the AGM will be conducted via Zoom. Participants will be able to join the AGM via a Zoom link which will be circulated in the coming days.
The Company, again, strongly encourages all shareholders to lodge a proxy vote prior to cut off date for proxy voting being 11.00am, Sunday, 23 August 2020. Instructions for lodging proxies are included on your personalised proxy form. Shareholders who need assistance with proxy voting should contact the Company.
Subject to any express arrangement made prior to AGM, to ensure the orderly conduct of the AGM, participants will not be able to speak during the meeting. As previously noted, the Company is happy to accept and answer questions submitted prior to the AGM by email to [email protected].
Arrangements for attendance, with the ability to ask questions, and for direct voting, can be made by contacting the email address above at least two business days before the AGM. The Company emphasises, however, its preference that shareholders vote via proxy ahead of the AGM.
