ASX RELEASE

EVZ UPDATE

The EVZ Engineering division through its Brockman/Danum operation has recently been awarded a $3.3 million project which includes the design, fabrication, erection and associated piping work for a vertical storage Biodiesel tank at Shell Newport in Victoria. This facility will store a Fatty Acid Methyl Ester (FAME) based Biodiesel product which will then be subsequently blended with diesel at the Shell Newport site.

This project provides an exciting entree into the alternative energy market for EVZ and the success in winning this Biodiesel project was as a direct result of the combined skill sets provided by Brockman and Danum.

The Directors also wish to advise that during the 2011 year they will be seeking to refresh the EVZ Board by appointing a Director with the commensurate experience and skill to assist in the future growth of the company. This change will occur in conjunction with the retirement of Mr Keith Fagg, who has indicated that due to personal business commitments it is his intention to stand down as a Director at some stage within 2011. No date for Mr Fagg’s retirement has as yet been set.
