Enclosed is an Appendix 3Y notice by EVENT Hospitality & Entertainment Limited (“EVENT”) updating the previously lodged notice for Jane Hastings. The notice relates to shares purchased by Ms Hastings during a permitted window.

In preparing this Appendix 3Y, the company identified that an allocation of Performance Rights to Ms Hastings on 15 February 2018 had not previously been notified to ASX in an Appendix 3Y. This allocation is reflected in Ms Hastings’ holding in the enclosed Appendix 3Y.

Ms Hastings had provided all required notifications to the company however due to an administrative oversight an Appendix 3Y was not lodged. EVENT has self-identified the error and has taken steps to strengthen its processes to ensure that this will not occur again.
