Change of Company Secretary

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16, EVT Limited ("EVT") advises that Madelaine Nott has been appointed as a Company Secretary of EVT, effective immediately.

Ms Nott will be an additional person responsible for communications with the ASX. She has successfully completed the approved listing rule compliance course and examination required under ASX Listing Rule 12.6.

Further to this appointment, EVT advises that Greg Dean has today resigned as a Company Secretary. He will continue in his role as Director of Finance and Accounting.

David Stone continues as a Company Secretary of EVT.
