ASX ANNOUNCEMENT

Amalgamated Holdings Limited (“AHL”) today announced that it has received the resignation of Ms Meredith Hellicar from the AHL Board. The resignation is effective from 23[rd] April 2009.

Ms Hellicar had been a Director of AHL since September 2003.
