ASX ANNOUNCEMENT

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16, Amalgamated Holdings Limited (“ AHL ”) advises that Mr David Stone has been appointed as a Company Secretary of AHL with effect from today.

Mr Greg Dean continues to be a Company Secretary of AHL.

AHL also advises that, effective immediately, Mr David Stone is responsible for communications with the ASX.
