ASX ANNOUNCEMENT

Amalgamated Holdings Limited (“AHL”) today announced the resignation of Mr Thomas Ford from the AHL Board. The resignation is effective from 23[rd] October 2009.

Mr Ford has been a Director of AHL since August 1993.
