EUROPRIS CONTINUED TO OUTPERFORM THE MARKET IN Q4

Fredrikstad, 12 February 2015: Europris (OSE: EPR) continued to outperform the

market in the fourth quarter, with a like-for-like sales growth of 6.2 per cent,

compared with 2.8 per cent for the market. For the full-year 2015, the like-for

- I am very pleased by the effort of the Europris organisation and the resulting

growth in the fourth quarter. We reaffirm our position as "retailer of the

seasons" in Norway and we take important steps to become an even stronger and

more profitable discount variety retailer, says CEO Pål Wibe.

- With this quarter, Europris concludes an eventful year with the IPO as an

important milestone, and today we are in a better position than ever before to

deliver shareholder value. Europris is well positioned to continue outperforming

the market, backed by a strong pipeline of new stores to be opened in 2016, he

continues.

million, compared with NOK 4,259 million for the same period last year. Adjusted
