Europris ASA: Mandatory notification of trade

On 8 May 2019, Bien Invest AS has bought 3,000 shares in Europris ASA at an

average share price of NOK 25,88 per share. Bien Invest AS is 100% owned by

Sverre Rune Kjær, member of the board of directors and primary insider in

Europris ASA.  Following this transaction, Bien Invest AS will own 3,000 shares

in Europris ASA.
