average share price of NOK 25,76 per share. Wilskow Holding AS is 100% owned by

Petter Chr. Wilskow, Legal Director and primary insider in Europris ASA.

Following this transaction, Wilskow Holding AS will own 55,000 shares in

Europris ASA.
