On 2 February 2018 Tone Cathrine Fintland bought 2,500 shares at an average

price of NOK 28.90 and 280 shares at an average share price of NOK 28.55 per

share in Europris ASA. Fintland is a member of the board of directors and

primary insider in Europris ASA.

Following this transaction, Tone Cathrine Fintland will own 2,780 shares in
