Martin Bjørklund appointed Director of Group Projects and Investor Relations

Fredrikstad, 2. November 2015: Europris (OSE: EPR) has appointed Martin

Bjørklund as Director of Group Projects and Investor Relations (IR). He comes

from Nordic Capital where he has worked as Investment Manager during the last

four years. He will take up his new role in Europris on 1 December 2015.

"We are very excited to get Martin on-board as a key member of my Senior

Management Team, says CEO Pål Wibe. Martin knows us very well, and he is a good

fit with the rest of the team and the Europris culture. In addition to heading

up our IR work, Martin will start immediately working on one of our largest and

most value-creating projects establishing the Business Case for our new central

warehouse."

Martin Bjørklund will commence his employment with Europris on 1 December 2015.

Prior to his appointment as Director of Group Projects and Investor Relations,

he served as Investment Manager at NC Advisory AS (advisor to the Nordic Capital

funds) for four years. Prior to this, Mr Bjørklund spent six years working with

corporate finance at Stamford Partners and Credit Suisse. Mr Bjørklund holds a

BSc in Management from the London School of Economics. Mr Bjørklund is a

Norwegian citizen and resides in Norway.
