Nomination committee:
Sverre Leiro (chairman)
Sverre Leiro (born 1947) has held various management positions for 20 years in the food industry in Norway and Denmark. He was CEO of Norgesgruppen ASA for 16 years, and was responsible for the establishment of the Group. He has several board positions in industry, banking, trading companies and employer organizations (NHO and Virke).
Mai-Lill Ibsen
Mai-Lill Ibsen (born 1955) has held several senior executive positions in the financial sector, including as Chief Executive Officer of NOS ASA and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Eksportfinans ASA. She has also been head of Citibank's Norwegian banking business. Ms Ibsen has held several directorships over the last ten years, in private, government-owned and listed companies. Currently she is chairman of the board of GIEK Kredittforsikring AS, and board member of Troms Kraft AS, Carnegie AS, Skandiabanken ASA and Fjellinjen AS, amongst others. She also has experience from several nomination committees. Ibsen holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Fredrik Näslund
Fredrik Näslund (born 1971) is partner in NC Advisory AB, Stockholm. Fredrik holds an MSc in Engineering Physics from the Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg and an MSc in Business Administration from the School of Economics and Commercial Law, University of Gothenburg. From 1997-2001, he worked at Bure including time as Vice President, Corporate Finance at Bure Healthcare (separately listed as Capio).

Pål Billington
Pål Billington (born 1987) is an Investment Manager in NC Advisory AS. Mr Billington holds an MSc in Industrial Economics and Technology Management from the Norwegian University of Science & Technology (NTNU). He previously worked in the Investment Banking Division of Morgan Stanley in London.
